Walking Group

Our Walking Group meets every other week for a stroll through the lovely Fife countryside, usually followed by a light lunch.

The walks are open to anyone with Parkinson`s and their supporters. We look forward to sharing a Friday walk with you soon.

The group meets every other Friday and the well organised walks are suitable for all abilities because we all have good days and bad days. Our walks vary in distance and are mostly on the level with small inclines. On some of the longer walks we have a car at the midway point to take anyone to the finish if required. We walk throughout Fife trying to find interesting walks and scenery. After our walk we try to finish at a café for refreshments.

If you are a Fife Branch Member you can get further details on the Walking Group programme at the PASSWORD PROTECTED PAGE or CONTACT US for details.
