A meeting place for people with Parkinson's, their family and friends to drop in for an informal chat over a cuppa.

Walking Group
Our Group steps out every other Friday for a pleasant walk in the Fife Countryside.
Our walks take individual abilities into account with shorter walks and transport for those less able.
The walks usually end with the chance of a light refreshment at a local café or pub.
