    Glenrothes Gathering

    Meeting once a month, this is our group 'flagship event' when we come together and have a good time.

    There are plenty of activities for everyone, so why not join us?

    St Andrews Parkinson's Cafe

    A meeting place for people with Parkinson's, their family and friends to drop in for an informal chat over a cuppa.

    We will also be inviting guest speakers to talk about Parkinson's related topics.

  • Exercise

    Walking Group

    Our Group steps out every other Friday for a pleasant walk in the Fife Countryside.

    Our walks take individual abilities into account with shorter walks and transport for those less able.

    The walks usually end with the chance of a light refreshment at a local café or pub.

  • Exercise

    Walking Football

    We've teamed up with Raith Rovers and Dunfermline Athletic F.C. to provide Walking Football for people with Parkinson's.

    Alternating between Stark's Park, Kirkaldy and Pitreavie Sports Centre, Dunfermline.

    Tenpin Bowling

    Enjoy a game of Tenpin Bowling and try to keep out of the gutter!

    Join us to share your photographs and learn techniques from each other that enable you to take better photos.

Summer Ceilidh

Summer Ceilidh Thursday 11th July at Dunnikier Golf Club 6pm to 9:30pm.

 

Everyone is invited to join us for an evening of entertainment. Tickets are £16 and include traditional Scottish dancing and Parkinson’s shuffling, accompanied by Bernie Hewitt with

his accordion as well as a two course meal. There will also be a raffle, so please bring a prize.

 

If you would like to secure a place please contact [email protected] or speak to one of the volunteers at the Glenrothes Gathering.

 

Don’t hesitate, you haven’t got much time, so act quickly because tickets are expected to ‘dance oot the door’.
